Shipping policy

1. Shipping Locations:
- We offer shipping services within Australia and world-wide

2. Import taxes and additional charges:
- Most countries will levy import taxes on the total order value
- Kyara is not responsible for these taxes and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay these
- If you are not sure about the import rules of your country, we recommend contacting your local customs department
- In the event that the package is not returned to us by customs due to import restrictions in your country, Kyara will not be liable for refunding customer’s order

3. Shipping Methods and Costs:
- We utilise Australia Post as our primary shipping carrier to ensure efficient and secure delivery.
- For orders less than $45AUD, we charge a flat rate of $4.99 for local shipping, tracking included
- For orders over $45AUD, we offer FREE local shipping, tracking included.
- Shipping options can be upgraded at checkout, the available shipping options will be presented to you during the checkout process
- All international orders are shipped via standard international post with tracking via Australia Post
- We cannot be held liable for any shipping delays beyond our control, once the orders are shipped we rely on Australia Post to fulfil the timely delivery

4. Order Processing Time:
- We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
- During peak seasons or special promotions, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such times.

5. Delivery Time:
- The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
- The estimated delivery times will be provided by Australia Post during the checkout process based on your location and shipping method chosen.

6. Tracking and Updates:
- Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the Australia Post website or their tracking portal.

7. Delivery Issues:
- In the rare event of any delivery issues, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact our customer support team promptly at hello@kyaras.com.au
- We will work closely with Australia Post to resolve the issue as best as we can
- All our orders are shipped with insurance for your peace of mind in the odd event that there is an issue with delivery.
- Customers are responsible for tracking your order and notifying us in case of delays beyond expected delivery timeframes so that we can track your order and lodge an investigation for the lost/delayed order
