What materials do you use?

All items noted as Stainless Steel are made of 316 L grade of stainless steel which is surgical grade

All items noted as Titanium are made of G23 Titanium

All items noted as 14k Gold are made of solid Gold alloy

 

I have chosen the flat fee shipping option? Is there a tracking number?

Yes. All orders will be shipped out with a tracking number and shipping is provided via Australia Post. All orders above $45 AUD enjoy free shipping. The order confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to you when the order is shipped out

 

I am an international customer, do you provide tracking?

Yes, all international orders are sent with tracking and a tracking number is provided to you once the item has been shipped.

 

Wrong Shipping Address/Unclaimed packages

Please make sure that you check your shipping address before placing the order. If you have provided the wrong address, please make sure to contact us ASAP before the order has been shipped. We are unable to change the address once the order has been shipped. If your order has been returned due to wrong address or the package was unclaimed a refund will not be issued. The order can be re-shipped back to you for an additional shipping & handling fee.

 

My order has still not arrived?

Please use the tracking provided in the order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, we are completely reliant on Australia Post to full fill the delivery request. But please contact us if you haven’t received your order after the estimated delivery times.

 

Do you provide shipping insurance?

Yes, all orders are shipped with insurance cover for your peace of mind should things go wrong with the postal service. Please contact us for more information.

 

I have placed two orders, can you send it as one parcel?

Yes, usually, all orders placed by a customer to the same address will be combined and sent together, unless otherwise requested by the customer to be sent as two different orders.
