For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of our earrings and body jewellery.

Faulty or defective pieces

Our small team pack all of our orders and we have a strict quality control process. We pride ourselves on the quality of our jewellery and hope that you will be very happy with your purchase. However, please email us at hello@kyaras.com.au immediately quoting your order number and including images and video (where possible) if there is anything you aren't satisfied with.
